1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of tickets, digital audio content, and related services provided by Realscape Productions Inc ("we", "us", "our") through our platform. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. TICKET PURCHASES
2.1. All ticket purchases are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and QR code(s) for entry.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Each QR code is valid for a single entry only.
2.3. You may swap your booking to a different available session up to the swap deadline displayed at the time of purchase (typically 12 hours before the scheduled session), subject to availability. Session swaps are self-service via the link in your confirmation email.
2.4. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If a session is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund. Change-of-mind refunds are not available except where required by law.
2.5. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable federal (GST) and provincial (PST/HST/QST) taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. DIGITAL CONTENT
3.1. Digital audio experiences are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Each purchase grants a single access session. Access links are personal and non-transferable.
3.2. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any digital content. All intellectual property rights remain with the content creators and licensors.
4. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND HEALTH WARNINGS
4.1. Our immersive experiences may have minimum age requirements as displayed on the booking page. Attendees under the specified age may not be admitted.
4.2. Our experiences take place in complete darkness within shipping containers. They involve loud sound, confined spaces, and immersive sensory effects. They may not be suitable for individuals with claustrophobia, photosensitive epilepsy, anxiety disorders, heart conditions, or who are pregnant.
4.3. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all health and safety warnings displayed on the booking page and accept the inherent risks of participation.
5. ATTENDEE CONDUCT
5.1. Attendees must follow all instructions from staff and venue personnel. The event operator reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.
5.2. No photography, video recording, or audio recording is permitted during the experience unless expressly authorised.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant ticket or digital content.
6.2. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.3. We are not liable for loss of enjoyment, indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. CONSUMER PROTECTION
7.1. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, including:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario)
- The Consumer Protection Act (Quebec)
- The Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia)
- Or equivalent legislation in your province or territory

8. PRIVACY
