Before you book

• Is it scary?+
  It's not horror - nobody jumps out at you. Our experiences explore anxiety and fear, but also bigger, philosophical ideas - we'd call them intense or unnerving, closer to a strange, vivid dream than a scary film. People react differently, and if a theme touches a personal phobia it can feel stronger, so the themes for each experience are listed on its page.
• How long is each experience?+
  Run times vary by experience: - SÉANCE: allow 20 minutes (16 minutes running time) - FLIGHT: allow 25 minutes (22 minutes) - PLACEBO: allow 25 minutes (22 minutes) Times shown are for the English-language experience. Durations for experiences in other languages are shown at the point of purchase.
• When is it open?+
  Open daily, first show 4:00pm, last show 10:00pm (9:20pm Mon, Tue and Wed). Closed Tuesday, July 28. A show starts about every 20 minutes.
• Getting there & parking+
  Find the DARKFIELD shipping containers at Gateway Plaza in Zone 2 (The Terminals) at AREA15, 3215 S Rancho Dr. Coming in from the Zone 2 parking garage at Meade & Rigel, the white containers are on your left, right by Universal Horror Unleashed. AREA15 has free parking for Nevada residents with in-state plates; out-of-state plates pay a small fee. Rideshare drop-off zones are right by the entrances. • Do I need to do them in a particular order?+
  No. Each experience stands alone - do one, or all three, in any order you like.
• Before you arrive+
  Get there 10 minutes early. Strict lockout - latecomers can’t be admitted. Phones off, not silent. Age 13+. Under 18s attend with a ticket-holding adult.
• Can I change my date or time?+
  Yes. Date and time changes are free up to 24 hours before your first session. Add Flexi at checkout to keep that flexibility until an hour before.
